Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts for our second annual Play It Forward benefit, a dynamic event designed to inspire and engage at-risk youth in our community through the power of music! Held in the heart of downtown Tampa at one of the country's most prestigious performing arts centers, Play It Forward is much more than a concert! The fundraiser includes an inspirational music/mentoring camp with our students, featuring professional musicians, athletes and community leaders. Children involved in the mentoring camp perform as part of the opening act for the concert! The camp is followed by an evening of entertainment featuring some of today's top powerful young artists in country, pop, and rock music. This year, we are thrilled to welcome an unforgettable lineup: American Country music artist Amber Carrington, who gained her fame as a semi-finalist on Season 4 of NBC's The Voice, country/rock duo Striking Matches, who has had six songs featured on ABC's hit show Nashville, and Sony/ATV Music Publishing, Starstruck Recording artist and hometown favorite Caroline Kole!
