“4sights” is an exhibition featuring the work of four up-and-coming photographers working in the Tampa Bay area. Each of the four photographers will be showing new bodies of work created specifically for the show. Here is what you can expect to see from each of them:
Harold Emond Jr.’s new body of work entitled “Haze” explores the idea of abstraction and perception through layered imagery. Christopher Garland’s “DeSoto” illustrates Garland’s fascination with the Floridian landscape though dramatic distorted views of the popular state park. Jaime Morales will be presenting “RAW,”a collection of styled photographs depicting the ingredients used to prepare unusual meals. And lastly, Karen Wilson will be unveiling “Solely Shoes,” a series of shoe portraits in which each of the shoes demonstrates humanistic qualities and traits.
