Experience Cuba - a multi-faceted art exhibit of the once forbidden island - opens Thursday, June 16.
Presented by AARP, the exhibit features the award-winning photography of Clyde Butcher - Cuba, The Natural Beauty.
Experience Cuba also includes work from Cuban artists Ibrahim Miranda and Los Carpinteros, as well as the culture, history and beauty of Cuba as seen through the lenses of residents of Tampa Bay who have submitted their personal photographs.

The St. Petersburg Museum of History is located at 335 2nd Avenue NE on the Pier Approach and is open from 10am-5pm Monday-Saturday and Noon-5pm on Sunday.
