You can get your workout the traditional way at the fully stocked gym, or be more creative and work up a sweat at the club's other facilities. Either way you're sure to reach that target heart rate. The outdoor pool is nice.

There is nothing really wrong with the establishment. I have visited on 3 separate occasions, different times, and dates to gauge the environment. I conclude it's "SAD", basically I can only seem to tell it attracts 2 types of people. There is the Caucasian 50 plus and older attendee (primarily 80% of the audience) and those who like to PAR-TEE (and they usually will entertain themselves for the duration of their stay on the patio and in their room)! 10-15 people maybe, I have never seen this place at anytime with more occupancy. There is a 10:1 ratio here, general 10 bottoms for every 1 top (LOL)! There is no promotional activity to draw in the younger audience to drive up attendance. So between the high cost of a non-member entry fee $45.00 and the lack of youth in this place, it's just a YMCA for the AARP member. **Side Note** (Steam room actually works) (Showers are luke warm at best) (NO HOT TUB OR POOL) and the patio area is just depressing!
Went here on a Thursday night so it didn’t have a lot going on. But the place was nice, clean and the staff was polite. While I didn’t have much “personal” success I thoroughly enjoyed the facility.
Rudest most purposely mean spirited clerk named Ace will use you for toilet paper if you let him. Smart remarks and insults are no way to treat the people who pay to enter. The owner is George Botkins and he needs to be shut down.

I've visited here twice and the comments you see here are true. You enter the parking lot and find lots of cars parked so it gives the impression that this place is crowded
