G-Bar

The best dance bar in Tampa. There is one side where you can talk if you dont want the loudness of the dance floor side. People say the drinks are overpriced here, but it's a big city type dance bar, so what do you expect, $2 drinks? The drinks are priced about where you'd expect them to be for a bar like this. If you don't like the prices, so on Tues. night when drinks are free. How many other bars do that?

G-Bar is great on Saturday nights with the great dancing and staff dancers. Drinks are a little high and cover charge has varied from $5-$10. I think it would be more successful and desired if they expanded the dance floor, tore down the wall that separates the bar and made it into one large club with one personality.

G Bar has a great atmosphere and the people are always fun and entertaining. But the drinks are way overpriced for the amount that you get. But overall it is someplace that I would return.

Most clubs in Hollywood suck compared to G. Bar. It reminds me of being in Roscoes in Chicago, one of the top clubs there.
