56% of Floridians already live in cities or counties that provide nondiscrimination protections for LGBT people in employment, housing, and public accommodations. We need statewide protections for ALL LGBT Floridians, and we won't stop until the entire state is a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and play no matter who you are or whom you love.

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers who care about equality, are comfortable connecting with people, and who are willing to share their enthusiasm with others. Volunteer shifts typically last two to three hours and involve engaging passersby, signing up new members, and spreading the word about Equality Florida's work.
